YouTube Thumbnail Graphic Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and YouTube-experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating eye-catching, high-converting YouTube thumbnails that drive engagement and clicks. This role requires someone who deeply understands YouTubes visual trends, audience behavior, and algorithmic preferences to create designs that capture attention instantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling YouTube thumbnails that maximize CTR (Click-Through Rate) and align with each clients brand.
• Stay updated on YouTube best practices and trending design styles to ensure thumbnails are competitive.
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality thumbnails (some clients may require up to 5 thumbnails per week).
• Collaborate with content strategists and video editors to align visuals with video themes and messaging.
• Revise and optimize thumbnails based on analytics, performance insights, and client feedback.
• Maintain a well-organized library of assets for efficient workflow management.

Requirements:

• MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically for YouTube thumbnails.
• Portfolio showcasing past YouTube thumbnails (applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging visual concepts that make videos stand out.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team and clients.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects at once while meeting strict deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Understanding of A/B testing for thumbnails and how design impacts video performance.
• Basic knowledge of YouTube analytics and CTR optimization.
