About The Role

Siege Media is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with our clients' branding and marketing objectives. Your primary focus will be designing in-post images for blogs and resource pages, developing data visualizations, and producing original illustrations that enhance content marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with project managers, content teams, and clients to ensure that all visual elements meet brand guidelines and project deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across various industries, stay updated on the latest design trends, and contribute to the success of high-profile clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign) and Figma
  • Strong ability to create original illustrations and well-structured design layouts
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Agile graphic design skills capable of producing attractive content across various industries
  • High attention to detail, including strong editing skills
  • Proven creativity in generating attention-grabbing web content

Responsibilities

  • Design in-post images for blog articles and resource pages, ensuring visual consistency and impact
  • Align all visuals with the branding guidelines of world-class brands and adhere to strict design standards
  • Create engaging data visualizations tailored for marketing and content purposes
  • Collaborate with project managers and content marketing teams to implement and refine designs
  • Work efficiently under deadlines to produce on-brand, marketable images for web use
  • Interface with clients to understand brand requirements and content ideas, incorporating feedback effectively
  • Implement client and team-recommended changes into final designs
  • Stay informed about current graphic design trends to develop innovative and attention-grabbing content
  • Contribute to the development of visual strategies that enhance client visibility and engagement
