Role: Full Stack Software Developer  

Employment Type: Full-time/Hybrid

Location: Bangalore, India  

Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week  

Compensation: ₹14–26 lakhs per annum + performance bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing team. You'll build and enhance the core architecture of our new real estate data platform, collaborating with developers, designers, and product leaders in a dynamic, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications for our real estate data platform

- Work across the stack (front-end and back-end) with an emphasis on user experience and data-driven functionality

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes

- Contribute to technical documentation

Required Qualifications

- 0+ years of professional experience  

 - **We welcome fresh graduates and self-taught developers with project or internship experience.**

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Competency in Python and modern web frameworks

- Understanding of JavaScript and front-end frameworks (preferably React/Next.js)

- Familiarity with SQL (preferably PostgreSQL)

- Willingness to learn AWS or any cloud infrastructure

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

*Additional years of full-time work experience is a plus, but not required if you have meaningful projects, hackathons, internships, or demonstrated skills.*

Nice to Have

- Real estate/data platform project experience

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, etc.)

- Experience with API design and security

- **Experience with AI code generation workflows in software development (e.g., agent-based coding, prompt design, and validation workflows using modern LLMs) is a big plus**
