Position : Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Operations & Marketing Manager
Working Schedule : 10a-7p EST
Salary Range : $1400-$1800 USD (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Operations & Marketing Manager. This role focuses on managing and optimizing all aspects of our DTC channels, combining innovative marketing strategies with operational excellence. The ideal candidate has extensive experience not only in marketing but also in managing e-commerce platforms, overseeing daily DTC operations and enhancing overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, manage, and scale DTC channels, overseeing end-to-end operations including fulfillment and customer service.
- Execute and manage daily operations within multiple eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Walmart Seller, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Etsy, etc.), ensuring product listings and fulfillment processes run smoothly.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to build brand awareness, customer loyalty, and drive sales growth.
- Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze consumer insights, sales trends, inventory data, and operational metrics to refine both marketing and operational strategies.
- Collaborate with fulfillment, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless consumer experience.
- Leverage influencer marketing, partnerships, and community-building strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Stay current with emerging DTC operational practices, eCommerce innovations, and marketing trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing direct-to-consumer operations, marketing, and growth initiatives.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing operations on multiple eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Demonstrated track record of successfully running and scaling direct-to-consumer brands from an operational and marketing perspective.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, email marketing, social media), and customer relationship management.
- Data-driven approach with strong proficiency in analytical tools to optimize both operational efficiency and marketing performance.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively adapt to a fast-paced operational and marketing environment.
