We're supporting a wellness-tech scaleup on a mission to make healthy habits easier and more sustainable through personalized programs, coaching, and a strong community focus. The company has thousands of paying users across Europe and North America and is now looking for a Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of their organic channels.

🎯 What You’ll Be Working On

  • Own and run the company’s organic social strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across formats and channels
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and community to ensure brand consistency
  • Interact with the audience, identify trends, and iterate content based on engagement
  • Build systems for scheduling, repurposing, and reporting

✅ Who They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience running social media for a product-led brand
  • Strong copywriting and visual content skills
  • Experience with video-first content, especially Reels/TikTok
  • Proactive, self-managed, and excited to build systems from scratch
  • Interest in wellness, community building, and user engagement

🌍 Setup

Remote-first team, mostly based in Europe. Core working hours are CET ±2.
