Key Responsibilities:
* Input and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and digital records with high accuracy.
* Verify the accuracy of data from various sources before entry.
* Identify and correct errors in data entries and report discrepancies.
* Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access and retrieval.
* Assist with generating reports, summaries, and data exports as needed.
* Support administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and document preparation.
* Maintain data confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.
* Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or data management is a plus.
* Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
