Pay Range: $58,500 – $62,625 ($68,500 – $72,625 at OTE)

About the Role
As our Content and Marketing Coordinator, you will work productively across departments to execute marketing campaigns, support sales, and develop content with artists and clients. You will also drive efforts to expand our digital footprint and build our brand through compelling content and storytelling. This role will be central to documenting and promoting our art installations, creating high-quality digital content for ArtLifting newsletters, website, and social channels, supporting marketing and storytelling initiatives with artists and clients, and driving awareness through digital campaigns and SEO optimization.

To ensure pay equity across the organization and within teams, ArtLifting has established a transparent pay range system and instituted a policy of non-negotiation when extending offers. All roles are benchmarked to national levels, regardless of geographic location within the US. Individual factors such as years of experience, certifications, and other qualifiers are taken into account when formulating compensation packages.
