Job Summary:

Advancio is a technology company seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join their growing tech team. The role involves working closely with senior engineers to build, maintain, and improve web and mobile applications while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features
• Fix bugs and address technical issues as they arise
• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Follow best practices in version control, testing, and deployment

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.)
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and/or mobile development
• Experience working with Git or other version control systems
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
