**Role: UX/UI Designer
**As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-end, interactive user interfaces and experiences for our healthcare solutions. Your expertise in Figma and Adobe XD will be essential in transforming complex user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Design: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring our products are user-centric and meet the highest usability standards.
  • Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Visual Design: Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that illustrate design concepts and user interactions, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve design solutions.
  • Design Documentation: Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. Familiarity with other design software like Sketch and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Experience with Accessibility is a must
  • Front-End Knowledge: Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be willing to work on night shift schedule
