We are looking for a versatile, curious Marketing Designer to join a smart, dynamic team of creatives who are committed to bringing innovation and clarity to the healthcare industry. As a key member of our creative team, you’ll contribute to Phreesia Network Solutions by creating assets for marketing materials like infographics, social media, performance marketing, events, and websites. From concept development to final production, you’ll execute design ideas with a high level of accuracy and refined aesthetics. You will collaborate with multi-disciplined team members to present ideas and welcome feedback. You’re a natural visual storyteller who knows how to capture attention in seconds and create compelling content that drives the narrative forward.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain brand consistency by refining visual identity templates and ensuring cohesive design standards across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, marketing, and sales teams to align on creative strategy, execution, and production.
  • Support marketing initiatives through high-impact design for campaigns, sales collateral, lead generation, paid ads, social media, decks, and internal branding.
  • Contribute to brand evolution by shaping the visual direction and enhancing the strategic aesthetic of the PNS brand.
  • Manage multiple design projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with high-quality output.
  • Maintain organized, scalable design files and ensure smooth hand-offs that support team agility and collaboration.
  • Present and defend design work effectively, staying open to feedback and current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of digital design experience (in-house or agency), with a strong online portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design
  • Broad understanding of creative mediums—including illustration, animation, and photo editing—with the ability to work across various visual styles
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Experience with web design tools such as Figma and Unbounce is required; familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, or WordPress is a plus.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and plugins (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL·E, Sora) to streamline creative processes and ideation.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and prepare digital assets for development, with a solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to present ideas, receive feedback, and iterate quickly with cross-functional teams.
