Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a UI/UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA. Our client is a comprehensive tax filing software designed for tax preparers, offering a wide range of features, including the ability to print tax forms in both English and Spanish, return archiving, automated data flows, and helpful software tutorials. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools (ex. Figma)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Strong expertise in UI and visual design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate on design solutions based on feedback and user testing.
  • Communicate design ideas, rationale, and solutions effectively to stakeholders, using visual aids, prototypes, and presentations to facilitate understanding and decision-making
  • Collaborate with development, product management, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs.
