Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a UI/UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is the world’s largest organization of board-certified pathologists and a leading laboratory accreditation and proficiency testing program provider. Established in 1947, the company provides accreditation and proficiency testing to laboratories, ensuring they meet high standards for quality and accuracy in diagnostic testing. The organization is recognized as the gold standard in laboratory accreditation, with nearly 8,000 laboratories worldwide accredited by them. The company serves patients, pathologists, and the public by fostering and advocating excellence in pathology and laboratory medicine worldwide, offering clinical pathology improvement programs, informatics courses, terminology solutions, and certifications.

The project will last 10 months. The team comprises 11 professionals: a Solution Architect, Front-End and Back-End Engineers, QA Engineers, a Business Analyst, and a Project Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
  • Strong knowledge of Figma.
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Expertise in working with complex charts on projects.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
