What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

  • User Experience (UX): Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and seamless user experiences.
  • User Interface (UI): Design and deliver beautiful, pixel-perfect, and high-fidelity user interfaces for our web and mobile products.
  • Research & Testing: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate your design decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product managers and engineers to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience from concept to launch.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.

What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):

  • Experience: 1-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
  • Stunning Portfolio: A strong portfolio is a must. It should showcase your design process, problem-solving skills, and both UI and UX work.
  • Core Skills: High proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Design Principles: A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, and mobile/web best practices.
  • Empathy & Vision: A deep sense of user empathy and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
