UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

The UX Designer at Argano will drive user-centered design of our homebuilder product. This role requires a strategic thinker and design leader who can balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints to craft exceptional user experiences. The UX designer will regularly collaborate with product and engineering to solve complex problems and design an enhanced user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and lead UX design efforts across key product areas, from research and concept through wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to final implementation.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to define problems and workflows, explore solutions, and deliver seamless experiences.
  • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to inform design decisions.
  • Champion usability, accessibility, and design best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Shape product-wide design strategy, drawing from deep knowledge of customer needs, industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Think strategically while executing with attention to detail.

Minimum And/Or Preferred Qualifications

EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS**:**

  • Proven 6+ years of experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, with clear explanations of your role and process.
  • Experience designing for Enterprise Resource Systems (ERPs), construction-based financials, or large-scale homebuilders.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
  • Expertise in design tools like Figma or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with front-end development workflows (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
