Hiring Process:
We like to be transparent and efficient. We move fast, and this process will be short and intense. We believe this process gives candidates the best experience in getting decisions quickly instead of long, drawn out interview rounds that last weeks.
Initial Screen (20 min)
This is an opportunity for us to better understand your experience. You will also learn about the role and the company.
COO Round (60 min)
This will be an interview with Isaac, our COO. He'll see how you approach social media marketing, and see your familiarity with crypto Twitter. He will also test your knowledge of Solana, DeFi, and AMMs..
Final Round (60 min each)
This round will consist of 4 interviews back-to-back all conducted the same day. It will be with Nathan (CEO), tmoc (CPO), Ki (Head of BD), and Riku (BD).
