The Netflix Games Product Design team is searching for a highly ambitious, visionary, and experienced Senior Product Designer who will enable a best-in-class game development experience to power games for players around the globe. You will lead design for a pillar of Netflix’s Games Product XD team, collaborating with stunning product, engineering, and design colleagues, as well as game developers to build the apps, tools, and services that power Netflix Games’ development platform.
This is a remote-friendly role with mandatory team meetings ~4 times a year in Los Gatos or Los Angeles for collaboration and team building.

About The Netflix Games XD Team
The Netflix Games team delivers games to 200+ million people across mobile, web, and TV. This takes work across discovery canvases for members and nonmembers, as well as the game developer lifecycle to ensure our development partners can build and launch awesome games and experiences for the Netflix platform. You’ll be the design lead who crafts the applications, tools, and services that enable both cloud and mobile games on the Netflix platform. More specifically, you’ll play a critical, architectural role by cultivating the game development platform that delivers Netflix games to the world.

Pay Transparency
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $120,000 - $515,000.
