What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics Artist with a strong understanding of social media trends and marketing, boasting a minimum of 4 years of experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and animating compelling motion graphics for a wide range of digital platforms, with a focus on social media. Your work will significantly contribute to both internal marketing efforts and external client-facing campaigns, elevating our brand's visual presence and audience engagement across various channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and animate high-quality motion graphics and visual effects for diverse projects, with a strong emphasis on social media content.
  • Create visually engaging video content, primarily incorporating motion graphics, for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Develop and adapt motion graphics for various social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with creative leads, marketers, and stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual ideas and motion graphic solutions.
  • Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and project requirements, maintaining a consistent visual identity.
  • Maintain and organize a consistent library of project files and motion graphics assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in motion graphics and social media marketing.

You Must Have

  • Professional experience in motion graphics design and animation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animation, visual effects).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing, primarily for integrating motion graphics).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise in motion graphic design, with a significant focus on social media-optimized content.
  • Proven experience in adapting visual content for various social media platforms and understanding their unique requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling, particularly for short-form social content.
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and how motion graphics contribute to campaign success.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics projects, with a clear emphasis on social media marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and editing principles as applied to motion graphics.
  • Keen eye for design, with attention to layout, typography, color, and detail in motion.
  • Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work night shifts to align with global client schedules.
