Job Overview

This role expands upon our internship model—perfect for someone early in their career who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a high-performing team. Applicants should be available for 30–40 hours per week and comfortable working during standard business hours in their time zone.

  • Track and manage design budgets with support from the project team
  • Meet project deadlines and quality standards with minimal oversight
  • Support other design-related tasks as needed in coordination with the Design Manager

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in the interior design industry
  • Prior experience or strong interest in short-term rental or hospitality design
  • Strong understanding of space planning and ability to create accurate digital floor plans
  • Proficiency in Canva and creating visually cohesive, to-scale virtual design boards
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and design software (e.g., HomeStyler or comparable tools)
  • Ability to source FF&E to fit budget and aesthetic goals
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment
