Junior Multimedia Designer

Work Setup: Short-term, 3 months, with possible long-term engagement

Location: Remote, PH-based preferred

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PH Time)

Compensation: Hourly and fixed rate options

Start Date: July 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Design layout for publications (manuals, brochures, reports)
• Create visuals for social media (static posts, short videos, animations)
• Support layout/design of learning materials (modules, guides)
• Assist with podcast production (thumbnails, audiograms, episode art, audio editing)
• Apply brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms
• Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming and concept development

Tools to Use

• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere/After Effects)
• Canva: Skilled in using templates and collaborative layouts

Ideal Candidate

• Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience
• Detail-oriented, strong in layout, typography, and digital design
• Organized, responsive, and open to feedback
• Portfolio showing versatility across digital and print formats
