Here’s Where You Come In

As Instructional Designer I, you will be responsible for conducting needs analyses and designing, developing, evaluating, and continuously enhancing high-quality, learner-focused courses and modules. Your work will directly support the growth and performance of Global Finance managers and technical experts by creating engaging learning experiences that build critical capabilities.

Requirements Include

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years' experience in instructional design with demonstrated knowledge of ISD processes and technology.
  • Ability to carry out analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE) processes that are fundamental to ID.
  • Experience working with Adobe Captivate, Rise, Articulate, Raptivity, Camtasia or other course authoring software required.
  • High fluent level of professional and technical English, spoken and written. Proficiency in Spanish, French or other language is an added advantage.
  • Capacity to work from home, requiring flexibility in working hours over a range of WV time zones, and to do so effectively.
  • The position requires the ability and willingness to travel nationally and/or internationally up to 10% of the time.
