ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a dynamic and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our expanding design team. If you are brimming with creativity, have 1-2 years of experience in digital media graphic design, and are eager to dive into agency work, then this is the opportunity for you!

The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of branding principles and thrive on creating designs that align with our clients’ digital presence. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, efficient, and constantly exploring cutting-edge design tools and trends. To be considered, a portfolio of your work will be required. Additionally, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Mexico or Colombia and are required to be fluent in English and Spanish.

Please note this is a Contractor position working around 60 hours per month with potential of becoming full time role depending on business growth.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create digital marketing assets for omni-channel marketing platforms, campaigns, programs and channels, including but not limited to: Social ads, Google Display ads, GIFs, and Video.
  • Ensure that brand standards (treatments, messaging, position, color, typography, and tone) are being applied correctly and consistently to all assets, collateral and projects.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to confirm the projects are clearly defined, including expectations, business objectives, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Develop design templates that can be used to scale content.
  • Optimize imagery and graphics for use across a variety of platforms and channels.
  • Provide creative recommendations based on target audience, internal requirements, and channel usage.
  • Identify key sections of written content that could benefit from visual enhancements and effectively communicating these ideas to clients or team members.
  • Maintain consistently high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Paid Media, and Email teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Adhere to QA processes to ensure top-notch design quality.

ABOUT YOU

  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience, with a focus on digital design.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing ad mockups.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (particularly Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Canva
  • Photo editing, re-touching, and composite imaging
  • Working knowledge of typography, design, color theory, layout, composition
  • A passion for creative thinking and the ability to execute unique ideas while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in design tools and best practices to streamline workflows and ensure precision.
  • Basic Video knowledge is a plus
  • A solid understanding of branding principles and practices.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adherence to timelines and budget goals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player eager to collaborate.

  • USD $10.00 per hour, up to 60 hours per month
