Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing and responsive email templates that work seamlessly across devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate concepts into creative designs.
  • Create custom graphics, icons, and visual assets to support email content.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand identity (colors, fonts, logos, etc.) and comply with financial industry regulations and standards.
  • Optimize designs for fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
  • Test designs to ensure proper rendering across various email platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
  • Update designs based on team feedback or performance analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital design trends and email marketing techniques.
  • Utilize performance analytics to iterate and improve design effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing email campaign designs, preferably for financial or regulated industries.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating responsive email templates that render correctly across various email clients.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of design principles like composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles as they apply to email design.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies to optimize design performance.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
