We’re looking for a designer with taste.
Someone who gets clean layouts, spacing, clarity and can turn B2B content into scroll-stopping LinkedIn visuals.
🟡 Who We Are
We’re a LinkedIn ghostwriting and content agency working with 7, 8 & 9 figure founders.
We produce over 400+ pieces of content each month.
Your role? Help us make every post feel premium through design that stands out without shouting.
🟡 What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing LinkedIn carousels, infographics, content templates, and visual storytelling assets.
- Turning ghostwritten text into clean, compelling designs.
- Working across multiple personal brands each with their own aesthetic.
- Helping evolve each client’s visual identity through iteration and consistency.
- Collaborating with writers and strategists across a fully remote team.
🫵 What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
- Portfolio with social content, carousels, or branded visuals (show us your best)
- Skilled in Figma (and/or Adobe suite, Canva).
- Strong eye for layout, clarity, typography, and hierarchy
- Bonus: Motion design (GIFs, swipe videos, animations), or experience in personal brand design

- Remote: Work from anywhere
- Timezone: Must overlap with UK or EU time zones (±2 hours GMT)
- Hours: 30–40 hours/week (flexible)
- Commitment: Looking for long-term collaborators only
- Start Date: As soon as possible

💰Compensation
- $1,500–$2,000/month (depending on experience and hours)
- Open to part-time or full-time (20–40 hrs/week)
- Long-term, stable role with room to grow
- This role is trial-to-hire
