⚡We are Uncommonly Good People - a talent & recruitment consultancy specialising in and hiring for AdTech, MarTech, Digital Agency, Tech & ECommerce clients across APAC. We work with amazing global established and hyper-growth digital businesses looking for exceptional talent.

⚡ We want to bring on a Webflow design & development expert to support ongoing site maintenance, formatting, and landing page creation. This is a flexible, project-based role with a set monthly cadence of work. The goal is to create a predictable, plug-and-play relationship with a skilled freelancer who can action updates quickly and cleanly without needing hand-holding.

⚡ This person will not be employed full-time. Instead, they'll operate as a trusted external partner, working 1–2 days a month on a scoped task list provided in advance.

📝 What We’re Looking For:

  • Webflow Designer / Developer (Freelancer)
  • Commitment: 1 day per month (occasional 2-day months depending on workload)
  • Rate: USD $150/day
  • Start Date: Targeting mid to late July/August
  • Location: Preference for PH-based freelancers, open to VN or IN

📌 Monthly Scope of Work

We’ll provide a scoped task list at the start of each month. Tasks may include:

  • Formatting and polishing existing pages (spacing, layout, text blocks)
  • Creating and publishing new content pages
  • Building one-off landing pages (e.g. campaign, toolkits, role listings)
  • Updating job role pages or spotlight features
  • Swapping images, banners, or section blocks
  • The scope will vary, some months may be lighter, some may require 2 days. All tasks will be clearly outlined in advance.

💡 Skills & Capabilities Must have:

  • Solid proficiency in Webflow
  • Strong design eye, ability to maintain and finesse our current site aesthetic
  • Comfort with CMS structuring, layout editing, and responsive formatting
  • Can build or replicate landing pages with clear CTAs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot styling issues across desktop and mobile

💡 Nice to have:

  • Light graphic design ability (for in-page visuals, icons, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager or simple site integrations (not essential)
  • Familiarity with recruitment, HR, or B2B services websites
