Objective of the Role
Create impactful, on-brand visual assets that drive engagement and achieve marketing objectives across Spin's digital touchpoints. This role is crucial for translating brand guidelines into clean, innovative, and technologically forward designs, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual experience for our users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of static creative assets for CRM campaigns and other marketing deliverables.
- Develop HTML templates for CRM tools, enabling easier design implementation and efficient communication.
- Apply Spin's brand guidelines meticulously, ensuring all designs are on-brand, consistent, and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
- Craft innovative, clean, and technologically impactful designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and other team members within the Creative Hub to ensure seamless integration of visuals and messaging.
- Receive and interpret creative briefs, translating strategic goals into effective visual solutions.
- Utilize AI design tools to enhance efficiency, explore new creative possibilities, and contribute to innovative design solutions.
- Work with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Iterate and optimize designs based on performance data and feedback to continuously improve visual effectiveness.

Required Knowledge And Experience
- +3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer, preferably in a fast-paced B2C tech, fintech, or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital designs across various marketing channels.
- Proficiency in designing static assets and understanding of digital marketing creative needs.
- Demonstrable experience creating HTML templates for CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Expert-level knowledge of design tools such as Figma is required, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proven ability to implement and adhere to brand guidelines, translating them into innovative and clean designs.
- Experience or strong aptitude for designing with AI tools is a must.
- Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills to work effectively with copywriters and other marketing teams.
