Creative Deck Designer

We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for quality visual design and beautiful digital experiences, who also likes to participate with the creation of concepts in collaboration with creative teams.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Stretch: You’ll look good wearing multiple hats. You will switch from simple layouts to frame-worthy artwork without missing a beat, balancing a few projects at once.
• Focus: You’ll create presentation and marketing material that wins! You will have a thirst to understand the big picture and a desire to get the pixels perfect too.
• Communicate: You’ll work with teams across the USA, being sure you understand the work you are given before you start it and articulating and rationalizing the creative choices you make.

Qualifications

What you need

• Experience: 5 years.
• Excellent spoken and written English (B2+).
• Design chops: You can make magic with Figma, Sketch, Illustrator and Photoshop but most of all you understand how to tell a visual story to design a killer presentation.
• Grace under pressure: You don't fear feedback. In fact, you go the extra mile so you’re already a step ahead with alts when things pivot.
• Empathy: You start with empathy and understanding. You embrace clear, kind collaboration with everyone.
