Position overview:

We’re hiring a strategic and hands-on Manager of Marketing to lead campaign development and drive high-impact marketing initiatives across the funnel. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind campaign ideation and execution — developing integrated programs that convert and contribute to revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and broader marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are performance-driven, data-informed, and deeply aligned to business goals.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — from ideation to execution to performance reporting — using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. You’ll also lead relationships with key external vendors, ensuring executional excellence, alignment to strategy, and budget accountability. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is deeply curious about what drives conversion, and brings creativity and structure to marketing delivery.
