Position overview:

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing to lead our revenue-focused marketing efforts and own the connection between brand, demand, and pipeline. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth across the funnel — from MQL to SQL — while leading a high-performing team that’s laser-focused on generating qualified pipeline.

As Director of Marketing, you’ll lead a growing team of marketers focused on performance, creativity, and accountability. You’ll set a clear vision and cadence for execution, ensuring each team member is aligned to revenue-impacting goals. From campaign strategy to funnel optimization, you’ll coach the team to think full-funnel — driving full-funnel conversion. You’ll foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Product, creating a unified engine for growth.

If you thrive at the intersection of marketing and revenue, love building scalable systems, and know how to translate data into action, we’d love to meet you.

  • Establish marketing attribution models to measure ROI and inform budget allocation
  • Drive marketing analytics and forecasting, reporting on key KPIs like SQL-to-opportunity conversion, and lead velocity
  • Mentor and grow a results-oriented marketing team with deep accountability for pipeline performance
  • Develop segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing programs to nurture leads through the funnel
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and continuously test new growth channels and strategies to maximize revenue impact
