Job Description

You will be the behind-the-scenes horsepower that keeps deals moving. Using 2020 Design, you’ll turn mark-ups into dimensionally precise drawings, photorealistic renderings, detailed proposals, and contract packages—freeing the lead designer to focus on closing sales. Expect a queue of ongoing revisions, rapid deadlines, and zero direct client interaction; your audience is our internal sales team, and your success is measured in speed, accuracy, and reduced cycle time

Core Duties

  • Produce and revise 2020 Design drawings and high-resolution renderings
  • Generate itemized proposals and pricing sheets from established templates
  • Draft contract agreements ready for e-signature
  • Maintain version-controlled file structures and update status in the CRM
  • Flag scope changes or spec conflicts to sales before they hit the client

Requirements

  • 2+ years professional experience with 2020 Design (cabinetry, kitchen, or bath focus)
  • Portfolio demonstrating advanced rendering and layout accuracy
  • Track record of meeting tight, multi-project deadlines with minimal rework
  • Strong written English; able to craft clear, persuasive proposal language
  • Comfortable working 100 % remotely with reliable hardware, high-speed internet, and backup power
  • Bonus points for: AutoCAD or SketchUp proficiency, experience supporting a high-velocity sales team, or familiarity with DocuSign and CRM/ERP platforms​
