About The Company

WAYF is where ideas go to be made real.

We’re a digital product agency built for visionaries — from ambitious founders to global enterprises. Since 2020, our 25+ person team (primarily based in Poland, working globally) has helped category leaders design and deliver digital experiences that move the needle.

We’re trusted by the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) to reimagine how they communicate the human stories behind their multi-billion euro impact. We collaborate with Ingersoll Rand on product design, engineering, and process innovation across global markets. We shape digital platforms for cultural icons like Okolice Ciała — whose books, viral content, and community inspire millions across Poland and beyond.

Startups and scaleups like Framer and Rye (founded by Justin Kan of Twitch) choose us for product design, brand upgrades, and launch-critical marketing. VC firms like Primary and 201.vc rely on us to bring clarity and craft to their brands and portfolio companies.

Our track record also includes helping shape early product and design foundations at Ramp Network — now one of the most recognisable crypto brands globally — in a multi-year collaboration that spanned their rise from bold beginnings to breakout success.

Inside WAYF, feedback is fast and honest. People are kind, curious, and self-driven. We care deeply about the work — and each other. We operate like a tight-knit studio with the ambition of a global consultancy. It’s a place to grow, do meaningful projects, and build what others say can’t be done.

About The Role

Role overview:

We’re looking for a digital designer with a sharp eye, strong design sensibility, and a passion for building high-quality websites — ideally using Framer or other no-code tools. You care deeply about brand expression and want your work to go live, not just sit in slides.

Whether you’re early in your career or already experienced, what matters most is your taste, ambition, and drive to make an impact through exceptional design. You care about quality, want to grow, and are energised by the idea of designing things that actually ship — fast.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior designers, engineers, and strategists on projects for clients that genuinely care about originality, clarity, and quality — from VC-backed startups to scaleups and cultural institutions.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build websites (primarily in Framer, or with mentorship if you’re new to it)
  • Bring brands to life digitally — through layout, animation, typography, and thoughtful details
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists across industries and project types
  • Participate in critique, give and receive feedback, and contribute to a culture of shared excellence
  • Continuously level up — in design, no-code tooling, and product thinking

What We're Looking For

  • A strong foundation in brand, web, or digital design — whether self-taught or through formal experience
  • A sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and design systems
  • Proficiency in Figma (essential) and familiarity with modern design workflows
  • Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar tools is a big plus — but not required if you’re an exceptional designer ready to learn
  • A polished portfolio that shows taste, intent, and attention to detail — not just outcomes, but the thinking behind them

To be clear: We’re not looking for clones or quick wins. If your portfolio feels rushed or lacks polish, this likely isn’t the right fit. We’re looking for thoughtful, intentional work — even if it’s early-stage.

Soft Skills That Matter

  • You’re kind, curious, and open — you take feedback seriously, not personally
  • You communicate clearly and proactively (English at B2+ is needed)
  • You’re self-driven and take pride in your work
  • You want to do work that’s excellent — not just done

What We Offer

  • Fully remote, async-friendly work environment
  • Latest hardware (MacBook M2 / M1 Pro)
  • Private healthcare (including dental)
  • 25 paid vacation days per year (pro-rated in the 1st year)
  • Paid daily lunch break
  • Regular progress check-ins, feedback, and growth planning
  • Optional team retreats twice a year
  • Compensation ranging from 6,500 to 25,000 PLN net (B2B) or gross (Contract of Mandate), depending on experience and seniority

How To Apply

Send us:

  • A link to your portfolio (please make sure it works!)
  • Optionally / ideally a short note telling us who you are, what you care about, and what kind of work excites you

We’ll take it from there.

A Note On Inclusion

We’re committed to building an open, inclusive environment for all members of our team. WAYF does not — and shall not — discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, military status, sexual orientation, or social status.

If you’re unsure whether you meet every requirement but feel excited about this role, we encourage you to apply. We care about potential, growth, and the work you want to do — not just boxes checked.
