Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst (Remote Eligible)

*This role is eligible to be performed remotely, however, if you reside within 60 miles of Lands’ End’s office in Dodgeville, WI or New York City, you will be expected to collaborate onsite in a hybrid fashion for up to 12 days per month.

The Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and manage all objectives, strategies, tactics and results for digital marketing programs in the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Digital Marketing channel(s) day to day with limited supervision
  • Coordinate with both internal cross functional teams and external agencies, contractors, and consultants
  • Partner with brand marketing and merchandising to ensure digital marketing strategies are consistent with product priorities.
  • Develop and maintain digital marketing channel(s) calendars.
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast(s) for channel(s)
  • Provide recommendations on monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget(s) or channel(s)
  • Process partner, vendor, or technology services invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable for channel(s) financial tracking
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting on Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are profitable (in accordance with P&L goals)
  • Lead analysis of campaign results to direct managers and executive team
  • Perform channel analysis for traffic and revenue forecasting
  • Perform thorough data driven analysis using analytics and online marketing tools
  • Evaluating large pools of data; identifying trends and applying new insights to campaigns
  • Develop Audience Targeting recommendations
  • Manages, create and coordinate hindsight document(s) on seasonal, category, or brand event/integrated campaigns
  • Conduct competitive intelligence analysis
  • Define and drive adoption of best practices in the supported digital marketing channel(s)
  • Lead regular sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
  • Create presentations on performance, strategy and industry updates and share with various levels of Lands' End organization
  • Consistently push innovation with ongoing testing of existing and emerging technology and opportunities. Continually leverage new tools & industry best practices to be a leader in the supported digital marketing channel(s)
  • Strategize implementation of new betas with ad exchanges, ad platforms and other innovative vendors to leverage them for ecommerce growth

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managing the day to day for digital marketing channel(s) campaigns
  • Experience with leveraging various digital channels tactics to engage with customers; fluent in consumer marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to achieve common targets
  • Experience managing internal relationships with buying/merchandising, creative, and ecommerce teams as well as external relationships with agency and/or consultants
  • Strong analytical skills: experience with data analysis and reporting. Strength in strategic data interpretation and visual representation of data.
  • Experience utilizing Web Analytics, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics
  • Proficiency with Excel (e.g. familiarity with pivot tables)
  • Results driven mentality with exceptional detail and knowledge of metrics, A/B testing and ROI analysis, experience with testing and optimization platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid digital marketing channels and technologies; including paid search (Google AdWords), display banner advertising, retargeting, or social network advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience using Facebook Pixel, Pixel Tagging Scripts, and Retargeting Methods
  • Understanding and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience using project management tools (Basecamp, Trello, Jira, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal, excellent written and communication skills to write engaging and compelling copy.
  • Strong track record of distilling actionable insights from data to improve multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • Highly creative self-starter with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Ability to learn quickly, iterate based on results and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Roll up your sleeves attitude, absorbs information and reacts in a timely manner with a bias towards action.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Comfort dealing with ambiguity.
  • A/B Testing experience: You love to (A/B) test, know how your target audience moves, and how you can trigger and capture their attention.
