We are looking for a Social Media Associate Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications. In this remote role, you will help shape and execute the company's social media strategy across our corporate channels. You will develop engaging content, monitor performance, support integrated campaigns, and grow our presence with key audiences across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. This role will be a key contributor to our digital brand presence-crafting compelling social content, managing our channels day-to-day, engaging thoughtfully with our community, and tracking performance. You'll also work closely with teams across the business and help elevate our social voice in a way that reflects our brand and business goals. You are the ideal candidate if you are organized, proactive, and collaborative-with a strong bias for action. You have experience managing B2B social media programs, ideally in technology or cybersecurity. You love social storytelling and can distill a message into 100 characters or less. What you'll do: Help drive Infoblox's social media strategy and align execution with the integrated marketing plan

Manage daily posting and community engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and others

Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and short-form video

Collaborate with internal teams, includingPR, Product Marketing, Events, and Employee Engagement-to source content and ensure messaging alignment

Partner with agency resources and internal stakeholders as needed to amplify campaigns

Support employee advocacy through content enablement and GaggleAMP promotion

Use data to inform content development and optimize performance

Monitor relevant conversations and trends and provide insight and make content adjustments based on performance

Ensure brand consistency and participate in regular social reporting

Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices

What you'll bring: 6+ years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing, with a preference for B2B and/or cybersecurity or networking industries

Experience managing B2B social media programs, ideally in technology or cybersecurity

Know how to use data to inform content and measure impact

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social platforms and tailor content to each

Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform strategy and demonstrate results

Experience with employee advocacy tools such as GaggleAMP and social media tools like Brandwatch, Canva, Cision, etc.

Experience supporting integrated marketing and campaign execution through socials

Familiarity with influencer and partner engagement strategies, with some experience collaborating externally

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

What success looks like: After six months, you will... Have collaborated on and delivered an updated social media strategy aligned to business priorities and buyer personas

Share a refreshed content calendar and cadence across all core channels with the business

Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Content, PR, HR, and Campaigns teams

Deliver regular reporting on performance, engagement, and opportunities for growth

Play a key role in boosting employee social participation through our advocacy platform

After about a year, you will... Have helped grow social reach and engagement across key audiences and platforms

Build and optimize a repeatable content process supported by data insights

Streamline how socials support integrated campaigns, executive visibility and thought leadership

Help evolve our digital brand voice and elevate Infoblox's presence in the cybersecurity space
