Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented UI & Web Design who thrives on execution and follow-through. This role isn’t for someone who likes to ideate from scratch. You’ll be working closely with our founder, JT Grauke, who handles strategy and creative direction—taking initial design ideas and iterating on them, pushing them to the limits. Your superpower is taking that direction and bringing it to life with exceptional craft and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design websites in Figma based on initial design direction, and wireframes
• Create wireframes and iterate on existing designs for new pages and features
• Create brand assets for existing brands in decks, or social media templates
• Create design systems for mobile or desktop web-apps
• Communicate and collaborate with clients in Slack and on Zoom calls
• Translate designs into Framer builds (we'll teach you if needed)
• Participate in weekly stand-ups and design reviews
• Create asynchronous Loom videos to share progress and get feedback

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Working in Figma every day
• Strong understanding of web typography and spacing systems
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Framer experience (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Experience with project management tools (Slack, Asana, Basecamp)
• Curiosity about AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
