We’re seeking a highly motivated Visual Designer with a passion for brand advertising, marketing, and digital brand experiences. You will work with our client, a leader in enhanced streaming advertising solutions, to design interactive ad campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and top-tier brands across industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design interactive ad campaigns for high-profile brands
• Own and manage the design process across the full campaign lifecycle
• Support sales by providing engaging designs, presentations, and creative concepts
• Assist with marketing collateral including presentations, one-sheets, emails, and social media assets
• Collaborate with a remote cross-functional team on new business and live campaigns

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a designer within a marketing or creative agency
• Strong skills in brand design and development of brand components
• Ability to design within multiple brand aesthetics and guidelines
• Clean, modern design style with a strong command of typography and layout
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with wireframes, user flows, and design systems
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Strong portfolio (URL or PDF required)
• Interest in streaming TV and emerging media technology
• Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
• English-speaking

Bonus points for:

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience in UI/UX, product design, or experience design
• Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Understanding of design system theory and practice
• Copywriting experience
• Prior agency experience
