A cutting-edge cookware company is seeking an experienced and innovative UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences across their digital products. This role will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring user-centered design solutions to life.
The UX Designer will help translate business goals and user needs into seamless experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. What You'll Do
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand user behaviors and needs.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design System Contribution: Help maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user experience with business objectives.
- Information Architecture: Organize and structure content and workflows to optimize usability and navigation.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on findings.
- Accessibility Standards: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to our products.
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving approaches.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions.
- Ability to present and communicate design decisions effectively.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital products preferred.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.

- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - PST.
