We are looking for a creative problem-solver and storyteller who can elevate our product design and user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and impactful solutions, with a mobile-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Design intuitive user experiences, from wireframes and prototypes to final high-fidelity designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems and UI components that ensure consistency across products.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Develop innovative visuals and interactions, keeping simplicity and user-friendliness at the forefront.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Stay updated with UX/UI trends and integrate best practices into the design process.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, with a mobile-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience working with and maintaining design systems.
  • Ability to create low to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively.
  • Comfortable working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Experience with designing and maintaining Design Systems.
  • Notions of interaction design.
  • Background in EdTech, HealthTech, or data-heavy applications is a plus.
