Job Overview:

ExpertVoice is seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to join our Creative Marketing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional design assets for our B2C campaigns, aligning with our brand's commitment to connecting experts with top brands. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for pixel-perfect design, and understands the nuances of creating compelling visuals for a diverse consumer audience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Asset Creation: Translate approved concepts and design templates into high-quality digital and print assets, including email templates, social media graphics, website banners, and event marketing materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to ExpertVoice’s brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency across various platforms and channels.
  • Production Efficiency: Collaborate with the Senior Designer/Art Director and cross-functional teams to execute designs efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery of creative projects.
  • Versioning and Adaptation: Modify and adapt master creative concepts into various sizes and formats tailored to specific platforms or campaigns.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design files to ensure assets are production-ready, including preflight for print and optimization for digital.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and organize a library of design files, templates, and resources, ensuring accessibility for team members.
  • Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to align visual elements with campaign goals and messaging.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and design technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or other design collaboration tools. Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for typography, layout, and color, with a commitment to flawless execution.
  • Speed and Precision: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
