Digiwagon Technologies seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric web application experiences. Your responsibility will span the entire product design lifecycle—from ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity mock-ups and system-wide consistency through design systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

User Interface & Experience Design

  • Design visually compelling and highly functional user interfaces for engineering-focused web applications.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design intent.
  • Optimize navigation, layout, and overall user journey to drive user engagement and task efficiency.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback to ensure continuous UX improvements.
  • Maintain a consistent visual language across typography, iconography, color systems, and layouts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with product goals.

Design System Ownership

  • Take full ownership of Digiwagon’s design system to drive consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Develop reusable UI components, patterns, and scalable design guidelines for efficient product development.
  • Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to ensure alignment across teams and departments.
  • Promote a design-first mindset within the organization by championing design systems and best practices.

Tools & Collaboration Platforms

  • Design & Documentation Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator
  • Familiarity with agile tools and workflows is highly preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
  • Expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Previous experience in tech-based is a plus.
