Position Description

We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with deep Figma fluency and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what “great” looks like. In this role, you’ll craft clean, high-converting digital experiences and build organized, scalable design systems that empower our teams and products to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Landing Page Design: Create clean, conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and digital assets across a variety of industries.
  • Design Systems & Figma Mastery: Build and maintain organized Figma files using auto layout, component logic, variables, and modes (design tokens).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with strategists, developers, and marketers to translate business goals and user insights into polished interfaces.
  • Brand Evolution: Evolve and extend existing design systems while adhering to—or reshaping—brand guidelines.
  • Ideation to Execution: Tame ambiguity by turning messy concepts into user-first interfaces that balance aesthetics with performance and accessibility.
  • AI-Powered Workflow: Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Framer AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up ideation, prototyping, and asset creation.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • 3–5+ years in digital product or agency design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
  • Deep knowledge of Figma’s component systems, auto layout, prototyping, variables, and modes.
  • Proven ability to design responsive web interfaces that prioritize performance and accessibility best practices.
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics as much as visual inspiration (Dribbble, Behance).
  • Embrace feedback, iterate rapidly, and obsess over polish in every pixel.
  • Curious, kind, and always striving to elevate your craft and ours.
  • Animation/motion experience (Lottie, After Effects) is a bonus.
  • Proficiency with Webflow and ability to implement designs directly is a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus.

Logistics

Time Commitment

This role is a full-time position and requires overlap with US ET for the majority of the workday. It is an exciting opportunity demanding dedication beyond the standard 9 to 5. We need someone willing to go above and beyond to help us achieve our ambitious goals and eager to make a real impact.

Location

We are fully remote – you can work wherever you’re most productive. We are unable to provide Visa or work permit sponsorship at this time.
