Teladoc Health’s Associate Creative Director is at the center of our best-in-class in-house creative group. You must be at the top of your Art Direction game both in how you tell stories and how you bring them to life visually. You also are the day-to-day leader of our art direction team and partner with our internal marketing clients (and others).

You’ll pair with a copy ACD in order to deliver campaigns that grow our member base and increase member engagement on our platform. To accomplish these results, you’ll own the creation and delivery of impactful campaigns across every channel, product, and audience.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Art Director and leader who will actively shape our vision for our brand and how we connect with our audience—both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer.

In-House agency roles are different in the best way. Lead highly cross-functional teams, in which you’ll partner closely with our Consumer Marketing teams, as well as Product Design, Clinical, Data Science, Behavioral Science and other internal teams on a wide range of initiatives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Own & Execute 360° Creative: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, paid social, and more. Partner with Marketing leaders to align on engagement strategy and KPIs.

Brand Storytelling Meets Performance: Combine brand-forward creativity with a performance mindset, ensuring that every design decision made by the team is backed by data and drives results.

Process & Organization: Bring structure to the design team by developing efficient workflows and templates that improve speed and output, all while keeping an eye of many moving tactics within a marketing campaign andthe creative meets the expectation of the brief and hits the deadlines.

Leadership Responsibilities: Lead and mentor less experienced Designers to continue to develop their skills and improve art and creativequality. Become a trusted expert for marketers and colleagues in our approved look and feel from brand guidelines.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of art directors and designers
• Bring innovative thinking to creative development and GenAI utilization when possible
• Guide and support the professional development of team members
• Train team in approved brand visual identity guidelines

Qualifications Expected For Position

• 8+ years of creative experience
• An innovative and creative vision for communications strategies and development
• Passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Proven success executing on a broad spectrum of marketing communications projects
• A positive work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Agility in a dynamic work environment, with the flexibility to respond to changing business needs, priorities, and direction
• Highly organized, process-driven mindset—you love bringing order to chaos and keeping creative projects moving smoothly
• Startup mentality – you embrace change and are comfortable with ambiguity
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a must, in addition to other relevant design tools
• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, from high-level campaigns to tactical performance-driven assets

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000**.** In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
