Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to the level design team in a constructive, and positive manner.
- Able to pitch ideas or concepts to engage users in existing projects
- Work closely with the Design team to collaborate and create new content across all projects within the studio.
- Review and Revise levels with the Level Design Team.
- Tune Levels based on Analytics.
- Work with a team of Level Designers.
- Build Levels for multiple games and game modes.
- Design Obstacles and Game Features with the Design Team.
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1+ year as a Level Designer or similar role on casual, puzzle or f2p games. You must have shipped at least 1 game.
- Experience in Unity 3D is a must.
- Experience in developing games across all platforms — this includes mobile, console and PC.
- Extensive understanding of f2p/casual level design.
- Detailed-oriented, organized and able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
- Exhibit strong management and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Attentive to Detail.
- Experience as a Level Designer on Puzzle Games.
- Strong will to Learn and Improve.
Pluses
- Basic knowledge in SCRUM or Agile development methodologies ○ Basic knowledge in project management tools, including but not limited to: JIRA, GreenHopper, Confluence, Excel, etc.
- Experience working on Casual FTP Games.
- Knowledge and experience using A/B Testing and Level Tuning.
Salary - up to 60,000
Location - WFH but must be available for meetings in Pasig/Makati/BGC area when needed. Must be willing to accept Face-to-Face work when needed as well.
Work Schedule - Regular: Monday-Friday 9-6pm
