🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to turn business goals into engaging designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Maintain consistency in design systems, style guides, and branding.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance analytics.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/Web Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web designs, dashboards, and landing pages.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch (preferred), or other design tools.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS principles and developer handoff best practices.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Experience with motion/interaction design.
• Background in UX research or wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Whimsical, etc.
• Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments.
