About The Job

As a key member of our marketing and B2B team, The Senior Event Coordinator will provide comprehensive logistics support for virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, conferences, trade shows, company retreats and community-specific initiatives in the markets where we operate. This position is also essential to planning and executing our annual client event.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support management of annual event marketing plan and event timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Adhere to and ensure compliance with event management processes and best practices across the organization. Contribute to the development of planning or execution improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage event requests, assess event goals and objectives, develop promotional strategies and audience engagement plans, and evaluate production requirements.
  • Independently coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including (but not limited to) logistics support, budget, fulfilling payments and event orders, researching and securing venues/vendors/transportation/catering/AV/hotel rooms, registration, content development, design and other specialized requirements.
  • Track key performance metrics for post-event reporting and evaluation to inform future initiatives.
  • Conceptualize creative event themes, experiences and design.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, internal partners, and external vendors as needed for event execution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations and relevant topics to ensure events remain timely relevant, and impactful.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or event management, and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant marketing and event management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel for key in-person events.

  • Familiarity with event performance metrics and reporting.
  • Creative mindset with a track record of developing innovative event concepts.
  • Deep understanding of the latest industry trends, with the ability to research and implement cutting-edge event strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with event management software, project management tools (Asana) and CRM tools (Salesforce), familiarity with digital platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000/yr
