About The Role
As our first Social Advertising Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid social media campaigns across TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube and deliver measurable results for our travel and lifestyle clients. You’ll collaborate across teams to craft compelling, performance-driven campaigns while also bringing efficiency and insight through AI integration, sharp reporting, and full-funnel thinking. Key Responsibilities
- Run best-in-class paid social campaigns: Strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms with accurate targeting, naming conventions, and creative testing in place. Track pacing and performance throughout.
- Own the account relationship end-to-end: Build strong, consultative relationships with clients. Deliver regular performance updates, strategic recommendations, and thoughtful responses to emerging client needs. Translate complex data into clear insights and business-relevant narratives.
- Lead cross-platform accounts that include execution of paid search and programmatic campaigns, alongside social advertising
- AI Integration & Innovation: Proactively identify and implement AI tools and workflows to streamline campaign creation, reporting, audience analysis, creative concepting, and performance forecasting. Stay current on new AI capabilities within ad platforms and marketing tools.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce compelling, platform-native ad creatives. Provide briefs and performance feedback to ensure alignment between strategy, audience, and messaging.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Coordinate with SEO, content, lifecycle, and analytics teams to ensure social advertising contributes to broader marketing success. Participate in integrated campaign planning and reporting.
- Report and optimize with clarity: Deliver monthly (or weekly) performance reports with strategic commentary, next steps, and budget pacing insights. Drive decisions using real-time results.
- Stay ahead of trends: Monitor platform updates, social commerce innovations, and paid trends, especially in the travel and hospitality space. Pilot new ideas, campaigns and tools.
What Success Looks Like
- Leading Tik-Tok agency expertise, thought leadership, testing and creative strategy, and team education
- Campaigns launched accurately and on time, with full tracking, testing, and clear objectives.
- ≥ 90% of campaigns meet or exceed monthly KPI targets (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).
- Client reports delivered within 5 business days of month-end, with actionable insights.
- AI tools integrated into ≥ 50% of core tasks (ideation, reporting, or testing).
- Client satisfaction remains high; paid media work consistently earns positive feedback.
- Internal teams rely on you as a go-to expert for paid social advertising across major platforms
- Creative, analytical, and client-facing work is delivered on time, with accuracy and strategic insight.
Who You Are
- 5+ years managing paid social media campaigns in an agency or in-house environment, including 2-3 years of TikTok experience
- Fluent across, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platform ad managers.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or adjacent sectors is highly preferred, and a personal or professional passion for travel is essential, as many of our clients are globally recognized travel brands.
- Strong experience with AI tools, including but not limited to generative content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney), AI-enhanced media buying, performance prediction models, or automation in reporting and workflow.; eager to test and scale what works.
- Comfortable owning the entire paid media process: from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting.
- Data-literate, creative, and client-savvy. You thrive at the intersection of performance and storytelling.
- Proven track record of executing paid campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., bookings, conversions, engagement).
- Strong communicator: you explain performance clearly and deliver confident recommendations.
- A high level of intellectual and professional curiosity, asking thoughtful questions, seeking out insights, and challenges assumptions to improve strategy.
- A flexible, proactive approach to learning, demonstrating adaptability in the face of change and a drive to continuously expand expertise and stay ahead of trends.
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn, or other platforms preferred.
