Job Summary

Marketing.com is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing & Agency Operations to lead both agency services and corporate brand marketing. This role will drive client strategy, agency growth, and internal brand marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless, high-performing marketing function across the organization. The SVP will oversee digital marketing strategy, agency operations, revenue growth, and team development, supporting both external clients and Marketing.com’s portfolio of brands.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee and grow Marketing.com’s internal agency, ensuring scalable operations, strong client performance, financial success (P&L ownership), cost management, and intercompany billing.
  • Develop and implement client strategies, identifying key challenges and delivering data-driven recommendations to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, fostering a high-performing internal marketing and agency team.
  • Manage internal workflow, ensuring seamless coordination across Account Management, Creative, Media, and Development teams to meet client and internal brand marketing needs.
  • Lead reporting and performance analysis, optimizing campaign effectiveness and contributing to internal brands and client success.
  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for Marketing.com’s internal brands, ensuring strong positioning, demand generation, and growth.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans, including content marketing, paid media, email, and website optimization.
  • Align agency services with corporate marketing initiatives, ensuring internal brands leverage internal agency services.
  • Support sales enablement efforts, creating marketing assets and demand-generation campaigns to drive revenue for internal brands.
  • Oversee corporate website, brand messaging, and digital presence, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, and Operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement emerging trends, technologies, and automation opportunities to enhance marketing impact and ROI.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10 years of leadership experience in digital marketing, agency management, and/or brand marketing.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, paid search (Google & Bing Ads), programmatic advertising, paid social, email marketing, and analytics a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and scale marketing and agency teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a corporate environment.
  • P&L management experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support business development and marketing initiatives.
