SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a leading online training provider. You’ll join a cross-functional Agile team developing a new, AI-powered online proctoring platform for the customer.

The platform is designed to replace a legacy solution and will serve as a high-availability, scalable system for secure and compliant remote examinations. You’ll design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various personas, including exam-takers, proctors, and administrators. You will collaborate closely with the product owner, business analyst, frontend developers, and solution architect to integrate advanced AI features (such as identity verification, gaze tracking, environment checks, and behavioral anomaly detection) into the platform’s user experience.

Tech Stack

• Figma;
• wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes;
• mobile-responsive UI, data visualization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Experience in EdTech web applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing dashboard design for complex workflows, mobile-responsive or cross-platform UI, data visualization, and alerting/notification flows..
• Strong knowledge of modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Experience working in Agile teams with cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and design for compliance-driven applications.
• Advanced English (written and verbal) for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process: from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with the product owner and business analyst to understand user goals, workflows, and regulatory constraints.
• Design UI components and flows.
• Translate AI events and insights into clear, non-intrusive UI alerts or visual timelines.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsiveness.
