Senior Product Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.
• Analyze product usage data and feedback to identify improvements.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to validate concepts and develop intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and keep documentation updated.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mastery of the Design Thinking process and its tools.
• Experience in conducting user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys).
• Knowledge of information architecture principles and content organization.
• Knowledge of interaction design and usability principles.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools like MURAL, Miro, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.
• Knowledge of web accessibility principles (WCAG).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for communication with stakeholders and international teams.
