Role Overview
This Senior Marketing Executive will lead and execute product-focused marketing initiatives, including eCommerce campaign support, EDM/Telegram communications, digital performance coordination, product merchandising, and brand storytelling for skincare. The role is pivotal in scaling product revenue across both online and retail touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for products (seasonal, GWP, bundles, landing promotions)
- Manage loyalty and affiliate program communications (EDM, WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Roll out content across Telegram, EDM, IG, TikTok, Facebook, landing pages, and Shopify
- Develop product storytelling and educational materials for both external and internal use
- Maintain the campaign calendar and manage the product launch checklist Coordinate with the logistics team on inventory planning
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure the timely delivery of visuals and packaging collaterals
- Support brand collaborations and e-commerce tie-ups
- Track and report product-specific campaign performance and ROI
- Drive new client acquisition through various channels (referral, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, product quiz, etc.)
- Increase client retention, repeat rate, average basket size, and annual transaction value
- Lead major campaigns (e.g., 11.11, CNY Sale)
- Manage and update website content and product-related posts to educate and engage customers
- Provide regular campaign reports, budget tracking, and performance analysis (ROI, ROAS, KPIs)
- Manage KOLs and affiliates, and track PR coverage on products
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and Communications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- A team player with a proactive and self-driven mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Klaviyo, Meta, Canva, and Adobe tools
- Strong copywriting and coordination skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on
- Working knowledge of web design and AI tools is a plus
