What you'll be working on
- Comprehensive redesign of 81 brochures spanning approximately 140 pages
- Implement Carrier's new brand guidelines across print and digital materials
- Support ad hoc graphic design projects for 5 months
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual transformation of existing brochure portfolio by aligning them with new brand standards
- Create weekly design deliverables with a June 30, 2025 final completion deadline
- Adapt designs for both print and web platforms
- Ensure design coherence and brand messaging across all materials
- Coordinate with marketing and communication teams for design approvals
- Manage design iterations and incorporate feedback efficiently
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior graphic design experience in print and digital media
- Proven portfolio demonstrating brand guideline implementation
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of multi-platform design principles
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
- Experience with corporate/technical brochure design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Familiarity with international design standards
