We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic and Creative Designer to join our dynamic in-house creative services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand's visual identity across various digital and traditional channels while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction for campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into visually engaging designs.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and evolve brand guidelines as needed.
  • Provide guidance to external design resources and foster collaborative partnerships.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on brand and creative direction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, imagery, color, and layout.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AEM and Figma is a plus.
  • Background in financial services or B2B-related materials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
